Unlike many financial companies, ARGI has embraced a collaborative approach to client service. Our leadership team guides and supports each one of our advisors, consultants, and professionals to create a collaborative and unified resource. Through our individual perspective, knowledge, and experience we believe we’re better leveraged to serve the specific needs of each unique client.

Community Grant Program
Our Community Grant Program provides support for organizations seeking assistance for projects and programs. These awards range from $500–5,000 and are focused on positively impacting the communities in which we work and live. Since our first award, ARGI Gives has supplied over $175,000 in grants to over 100 nonprofits across the region. Our hope is to continue to grow this program and bring even more support to those who need it most.
Service is at the heart of our company and we believe in the strength of our numbers. Each year, employees are encouraged to utilize 6 paid days off dedicated to volunteering. Through these efforts, we hope to better serve and connect with our community partners.
